CANCELLATION POLICY
We use the honor system. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time
exclusively for you.

If you must cancel your appointment:

Please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time so we can book
another client at that time. If you have a history of "no-shows", last minute
cancellations or cancellations less than 3 hours, you will be asked to provide
a credit card number to hold your next appointment and a $25 per hour/per
person cancellation fee will apply.

LATE POLICY
Please arrange to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do
our best to give you your full time. However, if your therapist has another
appointment scheduled right after yours, you will lose the time that you were late.
Late-comers are responsible to pay for the full amount of time reserved.

If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. If you are more than ten
minutes late without calling, we reserve the right to give your time to someone else.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
When you make a reservation for three or more persons, you will be required
to provide a credit card number. A $25 per person cancellation fee will apply
to any group members who do not cancel at least three hours in advance and
will be charged to the credit card provided.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Gift certificates may be redeemed at either of our locations and my be used for
any spa service that we offer. Gift certificates must be presented when you check in.

You may add time to your certificate by paying the addtional amount at the time of
redemption.

Gift certificates are not refundable and no change will be given for
any unused portion of the certificate.

Unless otherwise noted, gift certificates do not include gratuity, so please remember
to tip your masseuse separately. Thank you!

Gift certificates are the same as cash, and lost certificates cannot be replaced.
Our gift certificates never expire.

We also accept Spa Week gift cards and gift certificates. Per Spa Week policy,
no change will be given on any unused portion of the certificate.

FREQUENT FLIER PROGRAM
Complete 10 massages within 10 months and get one free!

You may pick up your Frequent Flier card next time you come to Thai Sabai.
Cards are not transferable and only one customer may use each card.

You must show photo ID when you sign up for the program and every time you get a stamp.

Your free massage will be one hour unless all ten massages are for a greater amount of time.
You will then get that amount of time free.

Lost cards cannot be replaced. Frequent flier massages cannot be combined with other offers.
